Data/Analytics Engineer

Start: ASAP Assignment type: B2B Summary The project aims to build a centralized, cross-channel data platform that serves as a Single Source of Truth for analyzing and managing streaming, linear, and digital business models. The data warehouse will consolidate data related to content performance, reach, user behavior, and monetization across multiple platforms. Main Responsibilities: • Design and further development of scalable data warehouse models • Implementation of data transformations using dbt, including refactoring of existing models • Development of domain-specific data marts • Integration and harmonization of heterogeneous source systems • Implementation of data quality rules, tests, and documentation within dbt • Performance optimization of queries and data structures • Translation of business requirements into maintainable technical data models • Consulting on best practices for analytics engineering and data warehouse design • Contribution to modeling, naming, and governance standards Key Requirements: • Experience with Data Vault modeling • Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts • Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery • Experience in Python for data processing • Familiarity with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration • Understanding of CI/CD processes using GitLab Nice to Have: • Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence • Experience in implementing data quality frameworks • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
