Data and Financial Engineering Analyst

Nasze wymagania: Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL, writing maintainable, production-quality code. Proven knowledge of ETL/ELT development and relational databases (preferably SQL Server). Understanding of data modeling principles.Familiarity with Jira, Git, and test-driven development practices. Knowledge of SDLC best practices: versioning, code reviews, testing, documentation, and release management. Experience working with Financial data; familiarity with Product Control is an advantage. You will join the Product Control Data and Financial Engineering Team, collaborating closely with stakeholders to modernize controls and analytics. The main focus is on building robust, automated solutions using Python and SQL, migrating logic from legacy SQL Server into a scalable Python-based stack, and ensuring outputs are production-ready and policy-compliant through close cooperation with Technology teams. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Zakres obowiązków: Design, build, and maintain automated solutions to enhance controls and analytical processes (Python/SQL). Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines: ingest, transform, validate, and publish datasets for downstream applications. Ensure comprehensive understanding of data sourcing and lineage, including data quality checks and reconciliations. Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements and standard governance. Work with Technology teams to guarantee seamless integration, deployment, and support (access control, scheduling, release processes). Promote programming and data literacy within the team through documentation, best practices, and peer support. Contribute to consistent and standardized data delivery across teams.
