Data Architect

O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to join a large-scale, enterprise data transformation program. In this role, you will take ownership of data architecture and modeling across complex, global data environments, ensuring that data is structured, governed, and ready to support business-critical reporting and transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping how data is designed, integrated, and consumed across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and BI teams (e.g. Power BI), you will translate business needs into scalable data models and architecture standards, while driving data quality, consistency, and governance across the data ecosystem. Wymagania: - Proven experience as a Data Architect or Data Modeler - Strong expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) - Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks) - Experience with data governance and metadata management - Ability to work with data architecture artifacts (STTM, data flows, inventories) - Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality - Good English communication skills (B2/C1) Nice to have - Background as Data Analyst / Business Analyst - Experience with ServiceNow - Experience with Unity Catalog Codzienne zadania: - Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models - Define and manage data architecture standards and best practices - Own key data artifacts: STTM, data models, data flows, data inventory - Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability - Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement solutions on platforms like Databricks - Support data migration and transformation initiatives - Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions - Drive Data Governance practices across the organization
