O projekcie:
Data Architect / Data Modeller
Hybrid model – 6 days per month onsite (Kraków) Rate: 180–200 PLN/h B2B
We are looking for an experienced Data Architect / Data Modeller to join the CIB Data & Analytics IT organisation, responsible for defining data management principles and delivering core data services across a large‑scale financial environment. The role combines architectural leadership, modelling expertise, and close collaboration with global stakeholders in a dynamic and demanding setting.

Wymagania:
Core Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect in a large, complex, geographically dispersed organisation.
- Strong understanding of data value, data management, and applying technology to business strategy.
- Experience in Financial Services, especially in data‑focused domains (Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Management).
- Proven logical data modelling skills and experience delivering conceptual and logical models.
- Ability to think abstractly, recognise architectural patterns, and see the bigger picture.
- Knowledge of industry modelling standards (BIAN, FSDM, BDW).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge designs and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to quickly understand existing data landscapes and apply modelling skills to new contexts.
- Experience with modelling tools such as Visual Paradigm, IBM Infosphere Data Architect, or Erwin.
- Excellent communication skills, including virtual collaboration across regions.
- Strong planning, organisation, and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with high self‑awareness and ownership.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Hadoop ecosystems (Cloudera/HortonWorks).
- Exposure to GCP, Azure, or equivalent cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc).
- Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Flink, Pub/Sub).
- Understanding of integration patterns and MDM principles.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments.

- Understand business requirements through close collaboration with the CIB Chief Data Office, business users, and subject matter experts.
- Translate business needs into solution designs, functional requirements, and data architecture deliverables.
- Communicate functional solutions to development teams and support them throughout implementation.
- Work with production support teams to ensure new solutions are well understood and maintainable.
- Promote data architecture best practices, standards, and modelling techniques across the organisation.
- Contribute to conceptual, logical, and semantic data models supporting trusted sources and reusable data assets.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure alignment with the CIB Data Architecture strategy.
- Provide thought leadership and influence stakeholders to adopt consistent data standards.
- Operate effectively in a distributed, multi‑regional environment requiring strong communication and collaboration.
