Data Architect ( part- time/ Flexible hours)

Hello! We’re currently looking for a Data Architect to join one of our clients. What we offer: 1) Remote role 2) Long Term B2B Contract 3) Rate: 200 pln/h+ VAT Responsibilities • Support the definition and validation of the overall analytical platform architecture. • Ensure alignment with organizational standards, performance expectations, and security policies. • Provide guidance on structuring tables and datasets to enable reporting, advanced analytics, and machine-learning use cases. • Analyze production database structures and source data formats. • Recommend necessary modifications to ensure effective integration with the analytical platform. The final deliverable will include a set of recommendations and architectural solutions aligned with both business and technical needs. These outcomes will support data migration and enable the smooth deployment of ML processes into production. Key Requirements• 4+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related fields. • 2+ years of experience with Databricks. • Strong understanding of database design, data modeling techniques, and ETL/ELT processing, including modern Lakehouse concepts (Medallion architecture, Spark, Databricks, Azure Data Stack, MLOps/DataOps, dbt). • Experience in developing and implementing data governance policies, cataloging, lineage, data security, and privacy regulations, including data encryption, access controls, and data masking techniques. • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in data management and governance. • Proficiency in data cleansing, data harmonization, and data quality assessment techniques.
