Business / Data Analyst – Customer Ledger Migration
Location: Baltics / EU
Work Model: Remote
Allocation: Full-time
Start: ASAP
Contract: Until 31 May 2027, with strong possibility of extensionWe are looking for an experienced Business / Data Analyst to support a Customer Ledger Migration initiative for a Baltic banking client.
The role combines business analysis, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, SQL, and Power BI. You will work closely with business, IT, migration, data, and reporting teams to support migration delivery, data quality, reconciliation, and reporting.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate migration requirements, scope, dependencies, and JIRA tickets.
• Analyse and validate migration data.
• Identify data quality issues and support reconciliation activities.
• Gather and document business, reporting, and KPI requirements.
• Build Power BI dashboards covering migration progress, data quality, reconciliation, and operational KPIs.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Cooperate with business, IT, data, migration, and reporting stakeholders.
Requirements
•
4–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills.
• Experience with data validation, data quality, and reconciliation.
• Strong practical Power BI experience, including:• dashboards,
• reports,
• data models,
• KPIs,
• visualisations.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience within banking or financial services, especially in:
• data migration,
• core banking transformation,
• customer ledger migration,
• account or ledger reconciliation,
• customer/account data,
• data warehousing,
• reporting architectures,
• large-scale banking transformation programmes.
