Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model.As a Data & Business Analytics Specialist – Data-Driven Decision Making, you will be working for our client, a leader in leveraging data to optimize business performance and strategic growth. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, harnessing the power of data and advanced analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered. • Analyze business processes, datasets, and systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Lead or support development of automated data lineage solutions to enhance data governance and traceability. • Apply generative AI and other analytics techniques to automate workflows, extract insights, and improve decision quality. • Gather, validate, and document business and data requirements for new projects and enhancements. • Translate high-level technical designs and analytical outputs into clear, business-friendly language. • Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with technical teams on corrective measures. • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that empower stakeholders with clear performance insights. • Continuously explore new data sources, tools, and products to uncover fresh value opportunities. You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 4 years of experience in a related business analysis or data analytics role • Knowledge of BCBS239 standards is desirable • Master’s degree (preferred) • Strong understanding of complex data architecture • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to interpret and articulate code • Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Effective multitasking and ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines • Open personality with excellent communication skills and flexibility to collaborate internationally • Experience with data management tools like Collibra, Atlas, QlikSense is a plus It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) • Certifications in data management or analytics Language Required for the role: • Fluent English Eligibility for the role: • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
