Data Engineer

At Pretius, we are looking for Data Engineer to a project for global-scale platform in the field of gaming and lotteries. Project / Role • Design and build scalable data platforms for Big Data and real-time processing • Drive end-to-end data engineering solutions (development, automation, testing, and support) • Integrate and model data from multiple sources into high-quality, reusable datasets • Define and enforce best practices, standards, and data governance across the organization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions • Identify and implement innovative data tools and technologies • Ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of data pipelines and services • Troubleshoot issues and support data-driven operations at scale   Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field • Strong experience in Python and SQL • Solid background in system administration and shell scripting • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking • Eagerness to learn and work with new technologies Nice to have: • Experience with Azure cloud services • Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark • Knowledge of Big Data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Kafka, NoSQL) • Experience managing large-scale data clusters • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code • Knowledge of infrastructure/configuration management tools • Experience with private endpoints and cloud networking • Understanding of virtualization concepts   What do we offer? • We focus on long-term relationships based on fair principles and reliability • Co-financing of the Multisport card and Medicover private healthcare • Modern office available • Team bonding activities, internal courses, conferences, certifications
