Strong expertise in Azure Data Engineering tools, especially Azure Databricks, SQL, and Python, PySpark. Solid analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working approach. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. A collaborative mindset with the confidence to actively participate in cross-departmental initiatives. Polish language skills are required. Develop and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and automation steps using Azure, Python, and SQL. Enhance data processing workflows, increase automation, and implement new features for improved reporting and business steering.
