Data Engineer (Azure / Databricks)

Nasze wymagania: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields, preferably within insurance or financial services. Strong expertise in Azure Data Engineering tools, especially Azure Databricks, SQL, and Python. Solid analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working approach. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. A collaborative mindset with the confidence to actively participate in cross-departmental initiatives. Good English (communicative level). Polish language skills are required. Develop and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and automation steps using Azure, Python, and SQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reports and dashboards, supporting strategic business initiatives. Enhance data processing workflows, increase automation, and implement new features for improved reporting and business steering. Engage with international stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions. Drive continuous improvement in data delivery, transformation, and reporting processes.
