Data Engineer - Global Data Products

Nasze wymagania: Agentic Engineering: Meaningful experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as part of your regular workflow. You use AI agents as thought partners to onboard on unfamiliar codebases and navigate new areas of the code. You are developing a feel for how the way you frame tasks for AI tools affects the quality of results, and for where AI assistance needs closer supervision. You are curious about how and why AI tools fail and are building habits around verification. Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and the ability to design, implement, and deliver maintainable and high-quality code. Proficiency in SQL and the Python stack. Demonstrated ability to use Generative AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate data engineering tasks like scripting, query optimization, and documentation. A continuous-learning mindset with an active interest in how AI is reshaping modern data stacks and architectures. Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to build effective communication structures in a fast-growing engineering organization. Bonus points: Treating data quality issues as engineering problems to solve; experience debugging Spark pipelines; and demonstrated experience with data modeling techniques. Zakres obowiązków: Build and maintain complex and scalable ETL pipelines Work closely with the data producers and software developers Collaborate closely with different stakeholders such as Marketing, Product Analytics, etc. Drive data quality and governance Collaborate with the cross-organizational data engineering chapter to adapt the latest tools and techniques to the needs of HelloFresh. Review as a technical expert the implementations of multiple teams, continuously improving technical deliverables.
