Opis stanowiska
You will join a team working in a SAFe Scrum model, responsible for building and developing a data replication solution based on the BMC Helix platform. The goal of the project is to create a stable, scalable, and reliable near real-time data flow, ensuring high data quality and security. The team operates in an aligned autonomy model, giving you real influence over architecture and technical decisions. Responsibilities • Designing and building a scalable data replication solution (BMC Helix / ITSM) • Creating and maintaining data architecture (data quality, completeness, best practices) • Designing, building, testing, and maintaining data pipelines • Troubleshooting and continuously improving solutions • Working within a SAFe Scrum team • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advising IT and business stakeholders • Developing your competencies and collaborating with your manager on career growth planning Requirements (must-have) • Experience with IT Service Management data integrations (BMC Helix or ServiceNow) • Knowledge of ETL (SSIS, Snowflake), Data Warehousing, data security, and version control • Strong proficiency in SQL (preferably T-SQL), Python, and Apache Airflow • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or Bamboo) • Experience working with databases: MS SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Dataverse • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe) • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role • Higher education degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field) • English proficiency at minimum C1 level Nice to have • ITIL Foundation certification or experience in IT Service Management What we offer • Opportunity to work with modern data engineering solutions • Real impact on architecture and technical decisions • Collaboration within an experienced, agile team • Opportunities for professional growth and working with a modern tech stack • Participation in large-scale, business-critical projects
