Data Engineer (LIMS/ELN)

O projekcie: We’re looking for Data Engineer with hands-on experience in laboratory data (LIMS / ELN) to support R&D data integration and analytics. Wymagania: - 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer - Hands-on experience with LIMS or ELN systems - Strong proficiency in SQL and Python - Experience working with Excel-based data sources - Background in R&D, laboratory, or scientific environments Nice to have: - Experience with Azure and/or Databricks - Familiarity with Power BI or Power Apps - Background in chemistry, life sciences, or related fields - Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow Codzienne zadania: - Work with laboratory data sources such as LIMS, ELN, Excel, and SharePoint - Design and build data pipelines using Python and SQL - Transform and structure messy R&D data into clean, well-organized datasets - Process and manage data using Azure and Databricks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists and analysts - Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across systems
