Data Engineer (MS Fabric, Power BI, Azure)

We’re looking for specialists open to cooperate on B2B basis, for our customer – Avanade Poland. Avanade website; Privacy policy This role is available for both specialists open to work remotely (within Poland) or in hybrid mode (offices in Wroclaw and Krakow). Position: As Data Engineer, you will broaden your experience by working in modern projects for various domains and industries. You will extend your skills in a wide range of tools, focusing on tasks such as: • Building and maintaining data pipelines (MS Fabric & Azure) • Developing and managing end-to-end data architecture • Improving performance of pipelines and datasets • Implementing robust ETL/ELT processes • Implementing data governance, data quality and data security best practices across data systems • Optimizing performance of data workflows • Building and enhancing Power BI reports • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in data engineering world • Possibility to develop yourself in advanced AI technologies Required skills: For this role, you will need commercial experience with: • MS Fabric • Azure cloud and services (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, SQL Database) • Power BI • SQL • Python • English (B2) Nice to have: • Experience with Databricks • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g. MLflow, TensorFlow) • Knowledge/experience with LLMs and orchestration frameworks If you want to ask any questions before applying, feel free to reach out via LinkedIn!
