Nasze wymagania:
Bachelor degree+
5+ years of experience in data management, product information management, or a similar role in a global context. Experience in the consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing industry (especially with products that have regulatory considerations like candles or chemicals) is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of established frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK (or equivalent), with CDMP certification as an advantage.
Proven experience in establishing and embedding data governance operating models, including ownership, stewardship, decision rights and accountability across business functions.
Strong knowledge of product data standards and classification systems. Familiarity with GS1 standards (e.g., GTIN/barcodes, data synchronization networks) and experience working with global product data exchange or GDSN is highly beneficial.
Strong in-depth understanding of data management and data governance principles, methodologies and best practices.
Understanding of MDM-related and data quality tooling, techniques and functionalities.
Familiarity with data protection regulations and (industry-specific) compliance standards.
Strong drive to achieve data management & governance objectives.
Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team of data experts and to motivate cross-functional teams to achieve data governance objectives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to explain data concepts to business and non-technical stakeholders, relationship builder who connects people across departments and changes
Experience executing data management, data quality and data governance improvement initiatives.
Ability to drive cultural change and shape the organization’s data-driven future.
Fluent English. Polish and / or Dutch language skills are a plus

Purpose of the position
As DMO Lead you provide leadership and direction for the DMO team and run it on a day-to-day basis. Together with the team you operationalize and maintain the data governance strategy, policies, standards and processes developed at international level.
You provide oversight of all MDM-related processes and provide insight into KPIs and whether they run according to agreed policies, standards and procedures.
You are the central point of contact for master data related issues that cannot be solved in the daily operation, you initiate, lead and supports MDM improvement projects (including project Blueprint), and you act as ambassador of good data management practices.
Position within the organization
Reports directly to the CFO. Provides leadership and direction to the Data Management Office (DMO) team consisting of the Master Data Team Lead and 3 team members located in across Schijndel and Zalesie Male. Owns and coordinates the Data Governance Board.
Zakres obowiązków:
Supports the CFO (Data Management & Governance sponsor) and Data Owners with the roll-out of data governance and a data-driven culture across the international organization.
Run the Data Management Office on a day-to-day basis: steer the team, set priorities and drive continuous improvement of data management & governance practices.
Responsible for development, maintenance and implementation of data policies, standards and best practices for data quality, security, privacy, retention, integrity, lifecycle management, data architecture, process harmonization, business glossary, data dictionary and lineage. Ensures that these are applied consistently across the international organization.
Define, monitor and report on international level data quality KPIs. Provide structural insight into whether operational Data Management processes (executed in the business) run according to agreed policies, standards and procedures, and signal deviations to the Data Governance Board (including Data Owners).
Act as central point of contact and escalation for master data issues that cannot be resolved in the daily operation by the operational Master Data Team and/or business units. Coordinating root-cause analysis and structural remediation with Data Owners, Domain Data Experts and IT.
Initiate and lead Data Management and data quality improvement projects (incl. Project Blueprint) in line with the data management roadmap and priorities (derived from the data strategy). Monitor progress and outcome.
Responsible for maintaining the logical data models in close cooperation with Data Owners and Domain Data Experts.
Chair the quarerly Data Governance Board, set its agenda, and escalate topics that fall outside the committee’s decision-making authority.
Play a key role in the maintenance and support of the SyncForce platform (product owner).
Provide and sponsor training and educational programs on Data Governance and Master Data Management best practices internationally.
Act as ambassador of good data management and governance practices and drive cultural change towards a data-driven organization.
Coach, mentor, and grow the team, ensuring knowledge depth, ownership and cross-functional resilience.
