Data Migration Specialist – Informatica IDMC (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled Data Migration Specialist to join a growing project focused on migrating core business data into SAP S/4HANA. This is a hands-on, technical role with strong exposure to data integration and SAP environments. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and high-quality data migration using Informatica IDMC, working closely with a small, focused team. Your tasks • Execute and monitor data migration processes using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (Data Integration) • Manage and validate migrated data within SAP S/4HANA • Perform technical data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems • Identify, analyze, and resolve data issues during migration cycles • Take over and maintain existing data migration pipelines (with possible minor enhancements) • Support migration of master data objects such as Materials, Customers, Vendors, and Info Records • Collaborate with stakeholders and support coordination activities when needed Requirements • At least 5 years of IT experience • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (Data Integration) • Practical experience working with SAP S/4HANA • Experience in SAP-related data migration projects (especially master data) • Solid understanding of SAP data structures and data flows (Material Master, Customer, Vendor, Info Records) • Experience with data validation, data quality checks, and troubleshooting • Ability to work independently in a small team environment • Very good English communication skills • Residing in Poland required Nice-to-have requirements • Knowledge of SAP ECC • Experience with SAP LSMW • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI • Previous work with SAP S/4 Migration Cockpit
