Data Modeler/ Data Architect

Required Qualifications • Proven experience as a Data Architect or Data Modeler. • Strong expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical). • Hands-on experience with: -Databricks -ERwin Data Modeler -Data catalog tools such as Atlan, Alation, Unity Catalog. • Experience working with data architecture artifacts (STTM, data flows, inventories). • Experience working with Data Lakehouse. • Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality. Nice to Have • Experience in product backlog management (Jira, Azure DevOps). • Background as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst. • Experience with ServiceNow, Unity Catalog. What You’ll Work On • ESG data architecture redesign and migration initiatives. • Enterprise data transformation supporting People Services and global operations. • Building scalable, governed, and high-quality data ecosystems.
