How you will make an impact As Senior Professional - Data & Power Platform, you will play a hands‑on role in operational data governance and business process automation within Marketing & Innovation. Your work will ensure that data is well‑governed, discoverable, and securely accessible, while practical low‑code solutions help teams work faster and smarter. You will be part of the Data Intelligence function within Marketing, working as an individual contributor under the guidance of senior data architects and governance leads. This is a permanent role. Your key responsibilities include • Owning day‑to‑day data governance operations, including business glossary maintenance, metadata standards, and stewardship assignments across Marketing & CI. • Managing governance tooling such as Collibra and Unity Catalog to ensure accurate metadata, lineage, and classification of datasets. • Administering data access and entitlements, including RBAC, audit trails, and alignment with identity, security, and DLP policies. • Building low‑code applications and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and simple Power BI reports to support operational needs. • Delivering short improvement sprints (2–3 weeks) to simplify data access, automate workflows, and improve governance adoption. What will make you successful We are looking for a professional with a strong practical understanding of data governance and platform operations, combined with the curiosity and discipline to turn frameworks into usable, day‑to‑day solutions. Professional experience and skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2-3 years of hands‑on experience working with data governance processes, Power Platform, or data access management. • Experience with enterprise governance or administration tools such as Collibra, Unity Catalog, Purview, or similar platforms. • Practical experience with the Power Platform, including basic automation flows or low‑code app development. • Certifications (e.g. AZ‑900, PL‑900) are beneficial but not required. Personal qualities that matter most in this role • Practical problem‑solver - you focus on what actually works and help simplify complex governance topics for others. • High sense of ownership - you take responsibility for operational quality and follow tasks through to completion. • Collaborative mindset - you are comfortable working across business and IT, translating needs into clear, governed solutions. Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
