Data Science Lead – AI Platform

Lead the development of an AI-powered platform that automates pharmaceutical marketing compliance review. This role combines RAG architecture, vector search, and LLM-based validation to extract, validate, and flag compliance risks in marketing materials. What You’ll Do: • Lead a Data Science team building production ML/LLM systems for document AI and compliance workflows • Design and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines with multi-stage validation, observability, and cost optimization • Implement vector search, embeddings, semantic search, and document processing pipelines • Mentor engineers, define metrics and success criteria, and guide technical decisions across the team • Collaborate cross-functionally to scale AI solutions and improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability Must-Haves: • 5+ years in Data Science/ML Engineering, including 2+ years in senior or lead roles • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and production ML pipelines • Advanced Python skills and experience with AWS cloud infrastructure • Proven track record deploying AI/LLM systems at scale, ideally in regulated environments Nice-to-Haves: • AWS certifications or open-source ML contributions Why Join: • Lead cutting-edge AI/ML projects at the intersection of ML, NLP, and compliance • Shape the architecture and roadmap of a high-impact, production-scale platform • Mentor a growing team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers
