Wymagania: - Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. - 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist. - Strong skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.). - Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with SQL and cloud data environments. - Experience with notebooks and experimentation workflows. - Fluent communication skills in English and Polish. - Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once per month. - Willingness to travel to the client’s office in Lisbon. Codzienne zadania: - As a Data Scientist, you will develop advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that turn data into predictive and prescriptive insights. You will work closely with business, engineering, and platform teams to operationalize models at scale. - Explore and analyze large datasets. - Perform feature engineering and model development. - Train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models. - Collaborate with engineers on model deployment. - Document and present analytical results.
