Data Scientist / Advanced Analytics (ML/AI)

Location: Warsaw / Gdynia / Gdańsk Work model: Hybrid (approx. 3 days per week in the office) Working language: English About the project You will join a team responsible for developing advanced data analytics solutions within the IT domain. Your goal will be to leverage Machine Learning and predictive analytics to: • prevent IT incidents • reduce their impact and resolution time • identify root causes of issues • automate reporting and data analysis You will work in a team composed of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and BI specialists, building solutions that improve the stability of IT systems. Your responsibilities • Develop and maintain Machine Learning models • Build predictive models to reduce the risk of incidents • Analyze data and generate actionable business insights • Create advanced reports and dashboards in Power BI • Automate reporting processes (including use of GenAI) • Perform root cause analysis • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders • Ensure data quality and consistency (data governance) • Work in an Agile environment (Scrum / SAFe) Requirements (MUST HAVE) • Experience in Data Science • Python (data analysis, ML models) • Machine Learning + statistics • SQL (working with data) • Power BI + DAX • Excel • Git Nice to have • Experience with predictive models • Experience working with large datasets • Experience in business problem analysis • Familiarity with AI / GenAI tools Who we’re looking for We are looking for someone who: • can independently build an end-to-end ML model • understands statistics and can interpret results • bridges the gap between data and business • not only builds models, but can also explain their business value Recruitment process • Stage 1: interview + practical tasks • Stage 2: technical interview with a Data Science expert
