Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or another quantitative field.
Experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions for real business challenges.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and at least one of the following areas: Generative AI, Computer Vision,Predictive Analytics.
Strong Python programming skills and experience with libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or similar.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Very good command of English (B2/C1).
Readiness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week from our Gdańsk office).
Mile widziane:
Experience building data integration pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud solution architecture.
Experience in aviation, transportation or other data-intensive industries.
Knowledge of Polish.

Zakres obowiązków:
Design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using Machine Learning, Generative AI and Computer Vision.
Analyze aviation data and transform insights into innovative products and business use cases.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define AI-driven solutions.
Lead AI initiatives from concept and prototyping through production deployment.
Develop and maintain cloud-based machine learning solutions and scalable data pipelines.
Contribute to solution architecture, data integration and production-ready MLOps practices.
Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to bring innovation into the organization.
