Data Scientist (GenAI / Agentic Systems)

Our Client is a global organization developing advanced solutions based on Generative AI and Agentic Systems. We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist who will lead the DS part within a small cross-functional team and take ownership of full end-to-end initiatives — from business understanding to modeling, deployment, and scaling. Start: December Depending on the project, you will work on: • Agentic Systems supporting recruitment processes (skilled workers), automated job-ad generation, and Talent Center automation (MVP per market/function, followed by multi-market scaling). • Strengthening the GenAI team of a global hardware & tooling manufacturer — building LLM chatbots, agentic workflows, and AI products supporting mobile Salesforce operations. 🛠️ Tech Stack • Python, SQL, vector databases • GCP / Azure, Databricks • LLM / GenAI: LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, HuggingFace, GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini) • ML/CV/NLP: NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras 🎯 Responsibilities • Running end-to-end data science initiatives: business understanding, data prep, modeling, evaluation, deployment. • Designing and developing Agentic Systems and LLM-based solutions. • Interpreting findings, preparing conclusions and recommendations, defining expected benefits and ROI. • Leading technical-business discussions with the client. • Supporting pre-sales activities and co-creating solution concepts. • Working closely with the client’s environment, supporting production deployments and scaling. 💼 Who We're Looking For A person with at least 7 years of experience, who: • Is an expert in ML with strong experience in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) — ideally with a background in NLP or multimodal models. • Has hands-on experience working in client infrastructure and scaling production ML systems. • Feels comfortable taking on a leadership role within a small team. • Brings expertise in one of: forecasting, recommendation systems, or full-stack DS with deployment experience. • Works fluently in Python and has solid knowledge of SQL and cloud tools (GCP/Azure). • Is proficient with libraries such as NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc. 💚 What We Offer • Stable, long-term collaboration in a global organization. • Office-as-an-option — work fully remote or from the office. • Workation options following company policy. • Work with top-tier engineers and GenAI experts. • High autonomy and real influence on projects and technology direction. • Wellbeing initiatives, social fund benefits, and community involvement opportunities.
