Data Scientist Manager - Hybrid (Warsaw)

Nasze wymagania: Experience managing Data Science teams A people-first leadership approach and a track record of developing team members 5+ years of data science experience with strong statistics and machine learning fundamentals Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree required Mile widziane: Knowledge graphs and semantic modeling (RDF, OWL, SPARQL, or equivalent graph frameworks) Entity resolution and identity graph experience Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar Graph-based or embedding-based methods Modern AI methodologies, including RAG Media or ad-tech background O projekcie: The candidate will lead and grow a team of 4-6 data scientists building knowledge graph and identity solutions. They will translate business challenges into technical roadmaps and oversee end-to-end delivery. The work involves cross-functional collaboration and working hands-on with model development and technical decision-making when helpful.
