Data Scientist ( Production Efficiency )

Nasze wymagania: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or a related quantitative field. Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions for business use cases. Hands-on experience with machine learning, generative AI and computer vision. Experience with cloud environments (e.g. Azure, GCP) and cloud solution architecture. Experience building data integration pipelines and deploying MLOps solutions. Strong Python skills, including data science libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch and OpenCV. Good knowledge of SQL. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Very good command of English (B2/C1). Readiness to work in a hybrid model: 2 days in the office in Gdańsk. Mile widziane: Experience in aviation or related industries. Knowledge of Polish. Self-starter mindset and eagerness to learn. In this role, you will develop AI-powered prototypes and scale them into production solutions used in day-to-day operations by a wide range of stakeholders. Zakres obowiązków: Develop data-driven solutions using machine learning, computer vision and generative AI. Analyze aviation data and transform it into innovative products and use cases. Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and design AI-based solutions. Lead projects from discovery and prototyping through production deployment. Build and maintain cloud-based machine learning solutions and data pipelines. Contribute to solution architecture, data ingestion and production-ready MLOps pipelines.
