Nasze wymagania: Qualification: You hold a university degree in computer science or a comparable quantitative field and bring a solid technical foundation. Experience: You have at least three years of professional experience in software development within data analytics or data engineering environments. Know‑how and skills: You are proficient in Python and Structured Query Language and have hands‑on experience designing modular, scalable data analytics applications, ideally using cloud‑based technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Databricks. Nice to have: Additional programming knowledge in Java, Scala or technologies such as Apache Spark or Kafka, as well as exposure to agile frameworks and tools, will help you settle in even faster. Personality: You enjoy working collaboratively, communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and are motivated to continuously learn and grow in a dynamic, data‑driven environment. Language skills: You communicate fluently in English; German language skills are an advantage. Zakres obowiązków: In this role as Data Software Engineer, you collaborate closely with data scientists and data engineers to strengthen the software foundation of advanced analytics solutions for machine data, business processes and customer insights. Together with an agile and interdisciplinary team, you maintain and further develop a scalable codebase for extracting, transforming and serving large data volumes from diverse sources such as Internet of Things systems, customer relationship management and enterprise platforms. By creating robust, maintainable and future‑proof software components, you ensure high code quality and support the reliable operation of data products on our data platform. Your responsibilities will include applying DataOps practices and automation to streamline development workflows and improve efficiency across analytics solutions. You actively contribute to data governance and security initiatives, ensuring that data solutions comply with defined standards and regulatory requirements. Through open communication and knowledge sharing, you support internal communities and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into high‑quality technical solutions.
