We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator to support Linux-based platforms within our Enterprise Infrastructure team. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Wymagania: - 5+ years as a DBA in production environments - Strong Linux (RHEL) knowledge - Hands-on experience with Oracle - Proven ability to support mission-critical systems - Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure - Experience with: - Backup/recovery - Replication / High Availability - Performance tuning - Log analysis Nice to Have - Shell scripting / basic automation - Familiarity with: - IBM Sterling File Gateway - IBM Connect:Direct - BMC Control-M - Experience in financial services or regulated environments - Exposure to batch/file transfer platforms Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions. Codzienne zadania: - Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases - Manage patches and upgrades at the database layer - Perform backup, restore, and recovery validation - Troubleshoot and tune performance - Handle capacity management - Analyze and resolve database-related incidents - Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) - Perform log analysis (DB + Linux level) - Stabilize systems after changes/releases - Engage directly during major incident bridges - Collaborate with Linux admins and application teams - Troubleshoot interactions between database, application (Control-M / SFG), and OS layers - Validate database health - Execute weekend production changes - Perform database changes during maintenance windows - Conduct pre/post-change validation - Provide risk assessment input for DB-related changes - Participate in 24/7 on-call rota - Respond to out-of-hours incidents - Support weekend production activities
