Delivery Manager – Data, AI, and Automation Projects

Nasze wymagania: 4+ years of experience managing medium to high complexity IT projects. Proven delivery success in agile environments, Scrum or Kanban. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of data-driven solutions, automation, and AI-based products. Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS. Ability to convert business needs into clear, executable delivery plans. Mile widziane: Experience working within regulated environments, including GxP. Knowledge of Veeva RIM. Certifications in Agile or project management. O projekcie: As a Delivery Manager – Data, AI, and Automation Projects, you will be working for our client, a leader in cutting-edge digital transformation solutions. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of complex projects that drive efficiency and innovation within regulated environments. Zakres obowiązków: Own end-to-end delivery for the AI and Automation squad, managing planning and execution across sprints and releases. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and prioritize deliverables. Coordinate development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Actively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, dependencies, issues, and key decisions impacting project scope or quality. Ensure timely delivery, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain consistent project management routines. Contribute to roadmap planning for AI and automation solutions, aligning with strategic goals.
