Digital Marketing Operations Manager / KPI Governor Lion Sales Funnel LLC -- Remote (Async, Europe-friendly hours) We are a boutique consultancy that builds GoHighLevel lifecycle marketing systems for local service businesses -- medical practices, contractors, and similar industries. Our clients depend on clean, validated data to make decisions about their ad spend, patient acquisition, and revenue pipelines. We are hiring for a KPI Governor role. This person owns data integrity across all active client accounts. You are not a developer. You are not a project manager. You are the person who looks at the numbers, knows when something is wrong, finds out why, and documents it with enough clarity that anyone on the team can act on it. What you will do Review KPI outputs across client dashboards daily and flag discrepancies between the CRM, the database, and reported metrics. Every finding you produce follows a fixed format: Issue, Evidence, Hypothesis, Owner, Next Action. You post a daily standup before logging off. You escalate blockers the same day you find them. You will work directly with our data and operations team. You will not be managing staff. You will be managing data quality. Tools you will work with GoHighLevel, Grafana, Google Ads, PostgreSQL (read access, no query writing required), Zulip for team communication, OpenProject for task tracking. What we are looking for Someone with a background in digital marketing operations, paid media reporting, or CRM data management. You understand attribution, you know what a lead source is, and you have caught a reporting error before and documented it properly. You are comfortable working asynchronously and do not need daily direction to stay on task. Experience with GoHighLevel is a strong plus. Medical or home services industry background is a plus. Engagement terms Remote, B2B contract. Part-time to start (approximately 20 hours per week) with potential to expand. Hourly rate or fixed monthly retainer based on experience. You will complete a paid one-week trial before a longer engagement is confirmed.
