This role sits within a Clinical Trial Foundations (CTF) environment, supporting Digital Trial Foundations (DTF) initiatives that enable and enhance the technology and processes underpinning clinical trial execution. The successful candidate will work in a project-driven digital transformation environment, partnering with clinical and technology stakeholders to identify use cases, gather and document requirements, and translate them into practical, digitised solutions that improve clinical trial workflows. A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Digital Trial Foundations (DTF) System Analyst would be: • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements. • Develop and document use cases, workflows, and functional requirements to support system improvements. • Lead process mapping and gap analysis to identify opportunities for digital optimisation across clinical trial processes. • Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams and system enhancements. • Monitor and communicate customer requirements related to system and process performance. • Analyse system feedback and identify trends, risks, or improvement opportunities. • Support system testing, validation activities, and operational system support as required. • Conduct data movement activities and associated quality checks where needed. • Develop and maintain metrics and reporting to support operational oversight and project delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and vendor partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Support internal audits and external inspections where required. • Develop and maintain documentation including training materials, job aids, and knowledge base resources. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Science, IT, Health Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. • Experience working in clinical, pharmaceutical, medical, quality, or other regulated environments is desirable. • Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions. • Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively. • Experience supporting digital transformation or process improvement initiatives is advantageous. • Knowledge of clinical trial systems or clinical development processes is beneficial. • Understanding of regulatory and quality requirements governing clinical data and development environments is an advantage. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
