The project includes translating regulatory requirements into practical frameworks, supporting audit readiness, and enhancing business continuity and crisis management processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across risk, compliance, and IT to align regulatory expectations with scalable, real-world solutions within a financial services environment.   Responsibilities you'll have • Interpret regulatory requirements and perform compliance assessments related to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), as well as operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management • Translate regulatory frameworks, supervisory guidelines, and legal texts into actionable requirements, controls, and implementation plans • Provide expert judgment on regulatory intent, proportionality, and industry best practices within the financial services sector • Support the preparation of documentation and evidence for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory inspections • Contribute to clear, structured reporting for senior management and governance bodies • Act as a subject matter expert on DORA, collaborating with stakeholders across risk, compliance, IT, and business functions   Expected competences and knowledge • Proven experience in regulatory advisory or compliance validation within banking or financial services • Strong, practical knowledge of DORA and broader operational resilience regulations • Hands-on experience in business continuity and crisis management within the financial sector • Experience supporting audits, supervisory reviews, or regulatory programs • Ability to assess, challenge, and enhance existing frameworks against regulatory expectations • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to produce clear, well-documented, and defensible conclusions • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)     Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
