Nasze wymagania:
Strong, hands-on experience in ETL development and data processing pipelines
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Proficiency in Python for backend or data engineering tasks
Experience with event-driven architectures, preferably with Kafka or similar technologies
Ability to design and work with REST APIs
Experience with Spring Boot or similar backend frameworks
Practical experience incorporating AI tools into engineering workflows (e.g., requirement analysis, documentation, refactoring support)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing environments
High level of independence, ownership, and organizational skills
Very good command of English (spoken and written)

Understanding of data warehouse concepts and architecture
Knowledge or interest in data modeling techniques
Experience with Java development
Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud environments

We are looking for a Software Engineer / Senior ETL Developer to design, build, and evolve modern backend and data infrastructure. In this role, you will actively shape scalable ETL solutions while leveraging AI-driven approaches to improve software quality, delivery speed, and maintainability.
Zakres obowiązków:
Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL solutions with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
Take ownership of end-to-end solution design, from concept through implementation and delivery
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data users, and solution architects to translate business needs into technical solutions
Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of data products and backend services
Optimize engineering workflows using AI tools, improving efficiency, documentation quality, and maintainability
Build and maintain event-driven systems, ensuring data consistency and system resilience
Contribute to technical leadership, including code quality standards, best practices, and mentoring team members
Participate in architectural discussions and proactively improve existing solutions
