Model: remoteEmployment type: full-time Responsibilities: • Define and evolve data architecture to address business needs. • Design scalable, governed solutions using Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault 2.0, and Medallion Architecture. • Ensure consistency of data modeling standards across domains and teams. • Lead architectural decision-making in complex data integration and transformation scenarios. • Develop data models and semantic layers supporting analytics and reporting. • Act as architecture authority and drive alignment between business, IT, data engineering, and analytics teams. • Govern technology choices, platform standards, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • 8+ years in Data & Analytics architecture or advanced data engineering roles. • Proven experience designing enterprise-scale data layer architectures. • Strong expertise in Dimensional Modeling (Kimball), Data Vault, Lakehouse/Medallion, and Power BI semantic modeling. • Deep understanding of DWH & Lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT patterns, data governance, metadata, and lineage. • Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments. • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation capabilities. • Ability to influence leadership and guide cross-functional engineering and analytics teams.
