Expert IT Analyst for Data Product Hub

We are looking for an Expert IT Analyst to join our Data Product Hub team in Gdynia. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between business needs and development teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions tailored for our data platform transformation. Key responsibilities include: • Bridging business requirements and developers to ensure high-quality solutions • Participating in building or rebuilding the Bank's DATA Platform • Working with data products and collaborating with stakeholders across the Bank • Designing advanced data and analytics solutions • Managing delivery dependencies and working in agile cross-functional teams • Applying strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking to complex processes Must-have qualifications: • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques • Experience with complex requirements in data hygiene, data quality, and Hive • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills • Familiarity with basic ML concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and big data technologies Nice to have: • Python coding skills • Experience with Spark • Banking domain knowledge is a plus Languages: Fluent English (C1/C2)Offer details: • Hybrid work model based in Gdynia • B2B contract • Competitive hourly rate of 120-130 PLN net • Sharing costs of sports activities • Private medical care If you are ready to take on a challenging analytical role and contribute to a major data platform transformation in banking, apply now and join our innovative team!
