Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data quality management and process improvement.
Understanding of governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
Experience working with Master Data Management processes and systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fluent English.
Experience with M3 will be considered a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus.
Previous SSC experience is welcome.
Zakres obowiązków:
Lead and develop a Global Master Data Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with global Master Data standards, policies, and governance requirements.
Drive process optimization, operational excellence, and data quality initiatives.
Manage operational risks, escalations, and issue resolution.
Lead projects and implement improvements that support business goals and process efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent and compliant Master Data practices.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support employee development.
Oversee technical solutions, process documentation, and knowledge management within the team.
