Group Data Governance Manager

Nasze wymagania:
Experience in data governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality or a related field
Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data processes
Experience working with ERP systems (D365/SAP) and business process design
Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to drive change in an international environment
Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent English (C1) is required, including the ability to lead international meetings, facilitate workshops, present recommendations and influence stakeholders

Zakres obowiązków:
Own Data Governance and Master Data Quality within your business domain
Define and maintain data standards, business rules and governance principles
Drive data quality improvements and coordinate data cleansing initiatives
Evaluate and prioritize data and template enhancement requests
Partner with business stakeholders, Data Specialists, Super Users and IT teams
Support reporting, analytics and AI-related initiatives through reliable data structures
Promote data ownership and governance best practices across the organization
Ensure compliance with group-wide standards and governance frameworks
Lead and develop a team of Data Specialists
Train the organization on standards, governance policies and best practices
