About the role: The HCM Analyst is responsible for the functional support, maintenance, and enhancement of our client's Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM suite Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Learn & Performance) and Taleo Business Edition. This role ensures HR business processes run smoothly and evolve with organizational needs.   Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the Oracle Fusion HCM instance — including support for the annual Performance & Compensation cycle, annual Open Enrollment, Holiday Calendar setup for 7 legal employers, HDL data loads for elements/salary grades, and compensation statement updates • Resolve minor defects (30 tickets/year): issues with onboarding new employees, benefits enrollment problems due to life event changes, Taleo Oracle integration issues • Resolve major defects (15 tickets/year): HR workflow & notification failures, issues affecting non-US staff (e.g. time-off requests), and upstream/downstream impact analysis • Deliver minor enhancements (5 projects/year, up to 120 hrs each): enabling new quarterly upgrade features, changes to benefit plans, Oracle-ADP integration modifications, approval workflow changes • Perform quarterly patch testing (4 /year) for Oracle Cloud HCM — test execution, result documentation, impact analysis, and new feature documentation • Provide Taleo Business Edition support — design, development, and maintenance • Proactively recommend process improvements across the HCM landscape • Develop and maintain functional documentation: process flows, configuration workbooks, SOPs Track all work in client’s ITSM tool (SolarWinds) • Attend daily stand-up calls during business hours (8AM - 5PM Pacific)   Requirements: • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management) • Experience with Oracle Learning and Performance Management modules • Working knowledge of Taleo Business Edition — configuration, integration, and support • Experience with HCM Data Loader HDL) and data migration/load processes • Familiarity with Oracle-ADP integrations or similar payroll interfaces • Proven ability to support annual HR cycles (Open Enrollment, Compensation, Performance) • Experience with quarterly Oracle HCM patch impact analysis and testing • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills • High proficiency in written and spoken English   Nice to Have: • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud • Experience with Oracle Time & Labor • Oracle Cloud HCM certification • Prior managed services / outsourcing experience • Familiarity with Agile delivery and ITSM tools   Benefits: General benefits - depends on the form of employment • Hybrid work model combining office & remote work • Attractively located office with collaboration spaces • Onsite parking space for employees • Referral program with financial bonus • Life Insurance • Budget for development (including language courses and others), clear career path with the possibility to gain experience in international environment • Access to internal Learning Platform with multiple trainings oriented for professional growth   Lifestyle benefits: • Access to MyBenefit platform (Multisport included) • Team Building activities • Charity initiatives • Working environment promoting diversity and inclusion   Health benefits: • Private medical care - Platinum Package
