About the role
We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead customers through successful software implementations. As our customer base grows across Europe and beyond, this role is critical to ensuring every customer starts with SINGU on the right foundations.
You'll own the implementation process from kick-off through go-live — understanding customer business processes, configuring the platform, migrating data, and making sure users are ready to adopt the system. It's a customer-facing role combining project coordination, technical problem-solving, and business consulting.
You'll work alongside Project Managers, Product, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering. It suits someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a dynamic SaaS environment, and is comfortable running several implementations at once.

SINGU is a unified CAFM platform helping owners and operators of commercial real estate manage their buildings more efficiently. The platform supports facility management, maintenance, service delivery, inspections, and operational workflows from one central system.
SINGU supports the daily operations of more than 250 million m² of commercial real estate across 35+ countries, helping over 500,000 professionals manage more than 100,000 buildings worldwide.
Location
Hybrid — Kraków or Warsaw, with the flexibility a scale-up offers. Comfortable working with international customers.
What you'll be doing
• Own software implementations from kick-off through go-live
• Gather customer requirements and translate business needs into system configuration
• Configure SINGU modules based on the agreed scope and best practices
• Prepare, clean, validate, and import customer data, ensuring high data quality
• Support customers through testing, UAT, and go-live, resolving issues and coordinating internal teams
• Deliver training sessions and help users build confidence with the platform
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and keep projects moving forward
• Work closely with Project Managers, Product, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering
• Improve implementation standards and repeatable processes that help the business scale
What you'll bring to the team
• 2–4 years in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or technical project delivery
• Experience configuring software platforms based on customer requirements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially with customer data
• Experience with data migration, Excel, imports, or system configuration
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Confidence managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, international environment
• English at minimum C1 level
Nice to have
• Experience with CAFM, CMMS, facility management, property management, or enterprise SaaS
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or SQL
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or project management tools
