IT Analyst

Location: Warsaw (Hybrid: 2 days per month in the office) Rate: 800 – 1140 PLN / MD + VAT (B2B) Seniority: Mid / Senior (3–5 years of experience) 📝 Role Overview We are looking for an IT Analyst who combines strong technical skills (Excel/VBA, Business Intelligence) with a deep understanding of IT processes (ITIL) and user support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional capable of deriving insights from data, automating reporting, and maintaining high standards for IT service management. 💼 Key Responsibilities • Analysis & Reporting: Preparing advanced analyses and reports using Business Intelligence tools and Excel (VBA). • Data Visualization: Transforming raw data into clear, effective visualizations to support business decisions. • Process Management: Working according to the ITIL methodology to ensure process quality and standards. • User Support: Providing expert-level support to end-users and resolving complex issues. • Automation: Creating macros and scripts in Visual Basic to streamline recurring tasks and improve efficiency. ☑️ Requirements (Must Have) • Experience: 3–5 years in an analytical or IT support role. • Excel & VBA: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in Visual Basic programming (Mandatory). • Business Intelligence: Very good knowledge of BI tools and concepts. • ITIL: Strong practical knowledge of ITIL methodology. • Analytical Skills: Highly developed ability to analyze data and effectively visualize results. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills. • Adaptability: Ability to learn new systems and knowledge quickly. ⭐ Nice to Have • Experience in the Banking sector. • Knowledge of SQL. • Familiarity with tools: Jira, Confluence, Xray. • Understanding of SDLC methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
