IT Analyst

• Banking • B2B up to 140 zł/h netto+VAT • Hybrid work in Gdańsk OR Gdynia 3 days per week Responsibilities: • Proactively build connections with internal stakeholders and vendors for data analysis and solution suggestions. • Write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Stories. • Define technical solutions and evaluate pros and cons of various approaches. • Present complex ideas in understandable formats for business leaders. • Define and map complicated data solution needs. • Conduct data analysis, modeling, and mapping for use case development. • Analyze customer use cases and data for effective modeling. • Showcase expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and educate others. • Collaborate closely with technical teams. Key Requirements: • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform. • Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques. • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer. • Proficiency in JavaScript. • Familiarity with Postman. • Understanding of Rest APIs. • SQL competency. • Familiarity with Kafka. • Experience in campaign management. • Knowledge of marketing automation tools. Nice to Have: • Experience with Data Collection Strategies. • Skills in identifying and resolving technical issues. • Understanding of Real-Time Customer Data Platforms (CDP). • Knowledge of databases, particularly SQL. • Experience in Data Modeling and Customer Profile enhancements. • Able to extend functionalities of AEP by introducing new concepts. • Expertise in integrating with Adobe Experience Cloud products. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • AEP/AJO Certification. • Hands-on experience with campaign management tools. • Experience with online survey tools like Qualtrics is a plus.
