IT Analyst

Industry: bankingRate: up to140 pln/h netto + VAT, B2B Location: hybrid - 2 days per week from office Warsaw/Gdańsk/Gdynia/Łódź Main Responsibilities • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for IT applications • Work hands-on within ongoing application development projects (SDLC) • Act as a bridge between: • business stakeholders • development teams • architects and other IT analysts • Translate business needs into: • user stories • backlog items • clear development tasks • Actively contribute to: • IT solution design • architectural discussions • technical reviews • Create and co-create technical and analytical documentation (not only business-level descriptions) • Resolve business and functional questions arising during: • solution design • software development • implementation phases Key Requirements • Proven experience as an IT Analyst in application development projects • Hands-on experience working in an architectural environment • understanding system architecture • dependencies between applications and components • Practical experience with: APIs (e.g. RESTful services) • system integrations • SQL • Active involvement in creating technical documentation • Strong knowledge of modeling techniques:• process modeling (BPMN, UML) • data and information modeling • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams on software products • Ability to quickly onboard into an existing system and understand complex architectures Nice to Have • Experience with mortgage-related IT systems. • Familiarity with agile methodologies. • Knowledge of industry regulations pertaining to mortgage solutions.
