The project aims to improve and maintain systems related to retail products, credit processes, and risk‑related data, ensuring alignment between business needs, regulatory requirements, and IT solutions. You will work in a complex, multi‑system landscape involving numerous stakeholders across business and technology. A key part of the role is driving high‑quality requirements management, supporting solution design, and enabling smooth collaboration between business, IT, architecture, and development teams to deliver scalable and reliable financial solutions. Responsibilities you'll have • Drive end‑to‑end requirements management in complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders • Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements • Collaborate closely with business representatives, IT teams, architects, and developers • Support solution design through understanding of systems, data flows, and integrations • Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, enabling alignment and well‑informed decision‑making • Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis practices and ways of working Expected competences and knowledge • 4+ years of experience as a Senior IT Analyst in complex IT environments • Demonstrated ability to independently drive requirements management across multiple systems and stakeholders • Master‑level skills in requirements management: elicitation, documentation, validation, and lifecycle management • Strong experience translating business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements for development and testing teams • Experience working in large‑scale, regulated organizations (finance, banking, risk, credit domains strongly preferred) • Ability to document and explain data lineage, data models, and system interactions to both technical and non‑technical audiences • Confident use of Requirements Management standards and frameworks, with a pragmatic approach to their application • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholders (business, IT, vendors) Nice to have • Experience working in agile environments (e.g. SAFe) • Strong facilitation skills: ability to lead discussions, build consensus, and support decision‑making without formal authority • Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and alignment with company values • Background in financial services, banking, risk, or credit domains • Knowledge of structured analysis techniques such as BPMN, UML, and data modeling Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
