IT Analyst

Overview The role of the Senior IT Analyst involves maintaining and developing the Software Lifecycle experience for various Service Areas, ensuring that software lifecycle data is enabled for customers. The analyst will be responsible for investigating issues related to obsolete software and providing support to Service Areas in understanding these impacts, along with participation in relevant audits. What we offer: • Long Term B2B Contract • Rate: 130 pll/h + VAT • Hybrid 2 days ( Warszawa, Gdansk or Gdynia) Main Responsibilities: • Maintain and develop Software Lifecycle data. • Support in understanding the impacts of obsolete software. • Assist Service Areas with software lifecycle queries. • Participate in audits related to Software Lifecycle. • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and application owners. Key Requirements • Extensive knowledge of Software Asset Lifecycle Management. • Solid understanding of software lifecycle activities. • Proficiency with tools such as FlexeraOne. • Experience with PowerBI and Excel for reporting purposes. • Excellent English language skills (oral and written). • Strong cooperation skills with team members and stakeholders. Nice to Have • Familiarity with Flexera tools like FlexNetManagerSuite and DataPlatform. • Knowledge in Software Assets and lifecycle management.
