IT Analyst (Banking / Core Banking)

Location: Hybrid in Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw ( 3 days per week from office) Rate: 130 pln/h on b2b Industry: Banking Summary: This role focuses on serving as an IT Analyst within the Deposits Domain, facilitating the identification and documentation of business and technical requirements while ensuring the development of scalable and robust software solutions. Main Responsibilities: * Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements. * Manage change initiatives with multiple stakeholders. * Strengthen application robustness and quality in production. * Deliver projects according to scope, quality, and timeline. * Stay updated on best practices in the domain. * Facilitate agile collaboration across teams and external partners. * Provide guidance and coaching to maximize customer value. * Contribute to innovations within the application portfolio. Key Requirements: * Strong requirements analysis skills. * Professional business and data modelling skills. * Knowledge of Enterprise architecture. * Proficient conceptual thinking capabilities. * Experience in business knowledge specific to banking. * Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. * Understanding of complex system architecture. Nice to Have: * Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem. * Experience with Snowflake.
