IT Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst responsible for bridging business and technology teams to deliver innovative digital solutions supporting used vehicle remarketing activities. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams, the role focuses on understanding business needs, analysing requirements, and translating them into scalable and sustainable IT solutions aligned with organisational objectives.

• Budget: 80 - 90 PLN net/ h - b2b
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
• Start date: ASAP

Project scope:
• Leading requirements gathering workshops, conducting business and functional analysis
• Documenting business processes, creating functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Working closely with Product Owners to support backlog management and prioritisation
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and strategic objectives
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating delivered functionality against business requirements, and facilitating successful solution rollouts
• Acting as a functional expert, providing guidance to stakeholders and end users, supporting change management initiatives, assisting with user training, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes and digital platforms

Competence demands:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or digital product environment
• Strong requirements gathering, business process modelling, and functional analysis skills
• Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and collaboration tools such as Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience with data analysis and digital product delivery
• Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams
• Very good English skills
