IT Business Analyst (Fleet Management)

Our Client is an international company from the mobility and vehicle financing sector that supports enterprises in managing their car fleets — from leasing and long-term rental to comprehensive operational vehicle management. The project focuses on the development and integration of a core system used in leasing and fleet management processes. The organization is developing an integration architecture based on REST APIs, building an ecosystem of services connecting the core system with business partners and external systems. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will help design and structure the integration layer of the system and support the analysis of operational processes related to fleet management and cooperation with external partners. 📍 WORK MODE: Warsaw (Wilanów) – hybrid model, initially 2–3 days per week in the office 🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Analyze and model operational processes related to vehicle fleet management and cooperation with external partners (e.g. brokers, service providers, insurers) • Gather and refine business requirements related to integration of the core system with external systems and services • Design API-based integration concepts and define data flows between systems • Collaborate with the Product Manager, operations team and technology teams to translate business needs into system solutions • Analyze the existing system architecture and identify opportunities for integration with new services and partners • Document requirements and project processes in the project environment (including SharePoint) 🔍 REQUIREMENTS Must-have • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects • Experience in integration projects and understanding of APIs and data flows between systems • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements • Experience working with business stakeholders and technology teams on designing integration solutions • Ability to work with project and analytical documentation • English proficiency enabling work with documentation and project communication • Experience in leasing, fleet management, mobility or automotive-related industries Nice-to-have • Knowledge of documentation environments such as SharePoint • Experience working with core systems or complex enterprise systems 🤝 WHY JOIN? • Opportunity to work on the development of a key business system in a growing mobility organization • Possibility to design integrations and influence system architecture development • Collaboration with an international team within a global financial group • Stable project environment and real impact on operational process development 📍Thank you for all applications.
