IT Business Analyst (M/F/D)

The role: Support the successful rollout and adoption of the STAR ecosystem applications within Road operations. The STAR Execution Solution Designer works closely with Key Users, country organizations, and the Ecosystem Rollout teams to ensure that STAR applications are correctly understood, adopted, and used in daily operations. The role focuses on providing operational support, facilitating knowledge transfer, supporting training activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of STAR ecosystem processes and applications.   Your responsibilities: • Successful support of STAR ecosystem rollouts in assigned countries or regions • High level of user adoption and satisfaction with STAR ecosystem applications • Effective cooperation with Key Users and country organizations • Contribution to knowledge sharing and training activities • Support the rollout and adoption of STAR ecosystem applications across Road operations in collaboration with Ecosystem Rollout teams and local organizations • Provide guidance and operational support to Key Users and country teams regarding STAR ecosystem applications • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations of new STAR functionalities • Assist in collecting user feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and communicating them to relevant product or development teams • Support preparation and maintenance of documentation and knowledge base materials related to STAR ecosystem applications • Contribute to testing activities and validation of new features when required • Collaborate with different teams within the STAR ecosystem to ensure smooth implementation and usage of solutions • Promote best practices and support continuous improvement of operational processes within the STAR ecosystem   Our requirements: • Experience in logistics, transport management, or operational systems is beneficial but not mandatory • Basic understanding of transport management processes or logistics operations • Familiarity with STAR ecosystem applications such as: STAR, C2T, C2D, One Dispatch, ITMS, Yard Management, OSM, Selda, Asset Manager • Experience working with digital tools and systems in an operational environment is an advantage • Good command of English (written and spoken) • Strong team player with good collaboration skills • Ability to communicate effectively with users and colleagues across different countries and teams • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of STAR ecosystem applications • Structured and organized working style • Proactive attitude and openness to working in a dynamic environment • Customer-oriented mindset with focus on supporting operational users   What we offer • Employment based on an employment contract, along with a comprehensive benefits package • Training and development programs, as well as access to an e-learning platform • Onboarding program with the support of a dedicated Buddy • Participation in an annual, company-wide integration event • A work environment based on Scandinavian organizational culture • Opportunities for growth through our internal program   Benefits • Sharing the costs of sports activities • Private medical care • Sharing the costs of foreign language classes • Sharing the costs of professional training & courses • Life insurance • Integration events • Corporate gym • Corporate sports team • Coffee / tea • Parking space for employees • Extra social benefits • Holiday funds • Christmas gifts • Employee referral program • Charity initiatives • Bicycle parking • Modern and ergonomic office • Yoga in the office  GIT/RIT/112397/630
