For our Client – an international organization operating in the mobility and fleet management sector – we are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who will support key digital transformation initiatives within the organization. 📍 Work model: Remote with 1 day per week at the client’s office The company operates around an existing core system, with multiple surrounding systems supporting various operational processes. One of the main challenges is the lack of integration between these systems, which creates the need to streamline architecture, improve data flow, and digitize a number of business processes. The person in this role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining business logic, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to deliver integration and digitalization projects. This is a role with a real impact on the development and modernization of the organization’s key systems landscape. Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and optimization • Support the design of solution architecture and business logic in the context of system integrations • Coordinate initiatives related to the integration of multiple systems around the core platform • Lead key initiatives related to process digitalization and system improvements • Collaborate with development teams, architects, and operational teams • Participate in defining the technology roadmap and future system development Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst • Experience working with core systems and system integrations • Strong skills in business process modeling and requirements analysis • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT • Understanding of system architecture and application dependencies • Fluent English (minimum C1 level) • Ability to lead initiatives and work in a digital transformation environment What we offer • Cooperation with an international organization undergoing digital transformation • Opportunity to work on large-scale integration and digitalization projects • Long-term collaboration within a stable and growing environment • Hybrid or remote work model (depending on project needs) • Competitive salary and flexible form of cooperation (B2B or employment contract) • Opportunity to work with modern technologies and experienced international teams 📍 Please note that we will contact only selected candidates.
