IT Data Scientist Graduate Program

Nasze wymagania: We are looking for passionate individuals who show initiative and are eager to explore new paths for growth. Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in the final year of a long-cycle Master’s program. Knowledge of analyzing complex datasets and building mathematical models (academic or practical), along with basic skills in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, R, or Java). Basic knowledge of SQL, or a strong willingness to learn if not yet experienced. Willingness to travel for business (2–3 days per month). Ability to produce creative analytical solutions based on clear and thorough analyses of complex processes and business relationships. Independent work ethic, integrity and loyalty, positive “can-do”- attitude. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure – nice to have. English language – advanced. O projekcie: Through a meticulously designed 24-month structured development program, you will be responsible for delivering data analytics projects and translating insights into actionable business decisions. Working closely with project leads, you’ll analyze business processes, identify data needs, build statistical or machine learning models, and develop prototypes for business users. Along the way, you will also support knowledge transfer from completed projects and help uncover new opportunities for data-driven innovation. Zakres obowiązków: Support the definition of project contents, deliverables and timelines of data analytics projects. Derive analytical requirements, select and execute appropriate mathematical methods and interpret the results in consultation with the project lead. Identify, validate and exploit internal and external data sets to support respective projects. Apply mathematics, statistics, predictive modelling and machine learning techniques to develop and build predictive models for (real-time) decision making and to optimize processes. Jointly deploy models into production with data/software engineer. Liaise with other experts cross-functionally to share best practices.
