IT Operations Specialist – Microservices & Databases (High Risk)

About the project You will join a long-term project delivered within the High Risk area, where we are responsible for the stability, reliability, and performance of business-critical systems.The environment includes: • microservices architecture • data pipelines and workflow orchestration • multiple environments (Pre-Prod, Production) • DevOps working model (SAFe) This is a role with a real impact on the operation of key systems. Responsibilities • Monitoring systems, data pipelines, and workflows • Incident handling (L2/L3) and production troubleshooting • Root Cause Analysis and problem management • Supporting deployments and release management • Log analysis (Splunk, system, and application logs) • Proactive activities (health checks, preventive maintenance) • Collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders • Creating documentation and developing the knowledge base Requirements • Windows and Linux • CI/CD – Jenkins • Experience in automation (one of the following): C#, PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Java • Knowledge of databases: Oracle, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL • Communicative level of English Nice to have • Experience in the banking sector What we offer • Stable, long-term project • Work in an enterprise environment with high standards • Real impact on critical (high-risk) systems • High level of autonomy and responsibility • Modern technology stack (DevOps + data + monitoring) • Mature working environment (SAFe, well-structured processes) Additional information • Work model: hybrid (2 days in the office) • Possibility of long-term cooperation
